I think the best I can word this post without vomiting a bunch of weird text everywhere, is;

Ch2, Page 4 is all inked, and ready for flat colors - shouldn’t take too long, and then I will hopefully be set for Monday! Kinda to the wire…IDK how the next week will go or if I will have page 5 as timely, but we shall see!

Arch - Fae in Regnacht in general - are probably just my take on an elfin race if they were way more “fair folk” than anything else, and kind of had their own ingenuity top out when the human race stopped being all “whoa man I ear the Fae have boats and really pretty swords/artisan crafts and dance and have this major THING going on with nature and mapped the ocean to the sky” and started being more about “I heard Goblins are pioneering this crazy new coal-powered tech in the South East to blow up golems, let’s go check that out!”
That’s what there is of ancient history, though. Fae in modern Regnacht don’t like the way society went, at large, and you nearly never see them outside of Lunar Tide or the Sandfloods. They’re regarded as tricksters and thieves, chiefly, and generally as technophobe nuisances who get in the way of city life, a lot like changelings.Have some warm-up art and unsolicited word-building! Fae in Regnacht aren’t very magical - they’re a bit more quick-footed, have pointless pointy ears and are normally more at peace with nature. Even with that as a really really BASE generalization when Arch is such a relative city man, I am pulling ye olde “they just don’t know a lot about them” card.

I am making an all-important set of redesigns for my story. You can read more on the latest update, but I think these busts say it all.

SERIOUSLY a lot of Boss Monster work happened today. I just also have to now go work a closing shift at a combo convenience store/pharmacy/ice cream parlor on Easter weekend.
I will be internally channeling this kind of tolerant grin/grimace. HOPEFULLY Monday, people! MAYBE Tuesday…? Who knows.
